National Health Care Centers Receive 'Customer Experience Awards'
WETHERSFIELD, Conn. (PRWEB) March 15, 2018 -- National Health Care Associates released a list of their centers who are recipients of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2018 Customer Experience Award. Qualifying for the award displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.
National Health Care Associates (NHCA) and their 40 managed centers utilize Pinnacle Quality Insights, a customer satisfaction measurement firm with 22 years of experience in post-acute healthcare, to conduct phone surveys of patients and their families in their centers.
Eleven of their centers rated “Best in Class” out of more than 2,500 skilled nursing centers in the United States and Canada in one or more customer service areas. Those centers received the prestigious “Customer Experience Awards” from Pinnacle Quality Insight.
Throughout its more than 33-year history of serving communities across the Northeast, National Health Care Associates has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every patient are met. During the course of 2017, a sampling of patients and their families has participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate each center in specific categories.
Every month, NHCA has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of patient and resident needs and make improvements when necessary.
By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, these 11 centers have satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
"We are very proud of these centers for receiving this recognition from our patients, residents, and their families. Our number one priority each day is the wellness and satisfaction of our patients and residents," stated Marvin Ostreicher, President of National HealthCare Associates. "The four pillars of our mission statement are simply kindness, compassion, service, and excellence. These centers clearly exemplify our mission."
