Widely considered the best NFL quarterback of all time, Mr. Montana played for the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. During his 16-year career with the San Francisco 49ers, he won more than 70 percent of the games he started and the team won four Super Bowls.
The recipient of three Super Bowl MVP awards, Mr. Montana was twice named the NFL's Most Valuable Player. He was selected to eight Pro Bowls and named All-Pro five times. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000 following his retirement from professional football in 1995.
Mr. Montana is co-author of "The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles That Drive Performance Excellence" and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a degree in marketing.
Mr. Montana will speak on driving performance excellence at Becker's conference June 14.
