Curating, editing and organizing wardrobes and looks just got easier with the launch of fashion app Mode-Relier. Loosely translated as "fashion connection", this revolutionary new app provides convenient dashboard features to upload personal profile, fashion items, and beauty products into a virtual closet and categorize them by item, color, fabric, brand and size. It goes beyond other apps by allowing side by side comparison of the user's profile interface to account for hair color and skin tone in seeing the full effect of any ensemble. Before even trying anything on, users can then virtually mix, match and edit to come up with the best possible combinations of looks as well as consider the shades of nail polish, lipstick or makeup, even seasonal light to complement each look.
Additional features include the way for professional stylists not only to have their clients wardrobes on file but to pre-plan various looks ahead of time, collect images of fashions to purchase, and coordinate them remotely with clients on shared "style rooms". Seeing and putting together ensembles virtually prevents problems of buying something that may eventually doesn't work well with other pieces. For personal use, anyone can create these shared rooms among friends attending the same event or to confer with each other on styling choices. Mode-Relier is an iOS app, available free to download at the App Store, optimized for iPhone 6, 6S, 7 and 7S, and compatible with iPad. Plans are underway to develop the Android version.
Mode-Relier was conceived by seasoned fashion industry insider and entrepreneur Michelle Lee to help working women, busy mothers, professional stylists, and even social media influencers better navigate styling choices by diminishing its time and labor intensive process. Michelle's work in finance got her foot into the garment business, leading her to operate her own fashion brand and manufacturing company. Her business acumen served her well in dealing with major department stores such as Macy's and Dillards. She also had the opportunity to work alongside stylists in crafting and putting together looks that would resonate with modern women. Her vocation for painting as a creative expression enabled her to gain a better appreciation and understanding of how colors work. That understanding gave her the groundwork to envision the Mode-Relier app that would address the needs of busy women everywhere. From work to play, from vacation to Instagram posts, Mode-Relier is the fast, convenient and fun way for everyone to get that perfectly curated look. mode-relier.com
