Renters Warehouse, one of the largest and highest reviewed property management companies in the country, is thrilled to announce the addition of Nolan Jacobson to its growing team. Jacobson will be the Executive Vice President of Finance.
Jacobson began his role as EVP of Finance in February 2018 at the Renters Warehouse office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Prior to Renters Warehouse, he was Treasurer of Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp., the first public institutional, single-family REIT that went public in December 2012. Before that, he held various corporate finance positions at Alliant Techsystems Inc. (now Orbital ATK), a publicly traded Fortune 500 aerospace and defense company.
Jacobson got his first taste of the residential real estate industry when he worked as a Controller for his parent’s residential construction firm Lake Country Builders after completing his degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. Today, he is excited about the opportunity to join the Renters Warehouse team.
