Sujeet Chand is the CTO of Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK), a global leader of industrial automation, and Craig Leavitt is the former CEO of Kate Spade & Company, which was acquired by Coach, Inc. (NYSE: TPR) last year for $2.4B.
Mr. Chand lives and breathes industrial automation. At Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and information, Chand leads the company’s technology strategy, technical innovation and global business development. He has played an instrumental role in transforming Rockwell Automation from a manufacturing to a technology company. His expertise in automation will benefit HDS as the company continues to develop its end-to-end robotic fulfillment system.
Mr. Leavitt brings more than 30 years of retail expertise to the HDS board. During his eight years at Kate Spade, where he served as CEO, Leavitt achieved 15x growth and increased revenue from $89M to $1.4B. He consistently grew online sales, traffic and conversion while maintaining a relentless focus on full-price selling. Leavitt’s proven multichannel, customer-centric approach will help shape a best-in-class experience for HDS retailer partners and HDS customers.
