Cybersecurity Experts Explore “Today’s Cloud and Preparing for Tomorrow’s” During Roundtable at InfoSec World 2018
Lake Buena Vista, FL (PRWEB) March 20, 2018 -- Cybersecurity experts from Guide Holdings LLC, the Cloud Security Alliance and Raytheon Company will lead an interactive cloud security roundtable discussion at InfoSec World 2018 Conference and Expo, March 19-21 at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Jon-Michael Brook, Principal of Guide Holdings, LLC, Randall Brooks, Engineering Fellow of Raytheon Company and John Yeoh, Research Director of the Cloud Security Alliance, will address three main topic areas surrounding the cloud road map: development, compliance and future preparation. During the session, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to create a secure application with software assurance for the cloud, what compliance in the cloud means and how to prepare your organization for tomorrow’s cloud.

About Jon-Michael C. Brook
Jon-Michael C. Brook is a certified, 20-year practitioner of Cybersecurity, cloud and privacy. He is the principal contributor to certification sites for privacy and cloud security, and published books on privacy. He received numerous awards and recognitions during his time with Raytheon, Northrop Grumman and Symantec, and holds patents and trade secrets in intrusion detection, GUI design and semantic data redaction. Brook is recognized as a Research Fellow with the Cloud Security Alliance, and currently co-chairs the CSA’s Top Threats to Cloud Security Working Group. He previously co-chaired the Cloud Broker working group and contributed to several CSA publications including the Enterprise Architecture. He is a certified trainer for the CSA's Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), teaching the CCSK+ training at BlackHat conferences. Brook is currently co-developing training for the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM), the cloud security standard and internationally-accepted GRC framework.
About Randall Brooks
Randall Brooks is an Engineering Fellow for Raytheon Company, representing the company within the U.S. International Committee for Information Technology Standards Cyber Security 1 (CS1). Brooks has more than 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity with a recognized expertise in Software Assurance (SwA) and secure development life cycles (SDLC). In addition to holding seven patents, Brooks is a CCSK, CISSP, CSSLP, ISSEP, ISSAP and ISSMP. Brooks graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Computer Science.

With over 15 years of experience in research and technology, John Yeoh has spent time as an analyst, researcher, and executive in academia and government.
