GSI Health, a leading population health management technology company, today announced that its GSIHealthCoordinator platform has been selected and implemented as the technology of choice to manage population health for the Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP), a regional health information exchange (HIE) supporting Maryland and the District of Columbia. CRISP, a non-profit organization, has been designated as Maryland’s statewide health information exchange by the Maryland Health Care Commission. Its partnership with GSI Health brings the benefits of GSIHealthCoordinator’s integrated care coordination and analytics—including access to critical patient information such as care plans—to every organization in its footprint as part of CRISP’s HIE service. For implementation, GSI Health worked with CRISP to assess the programs being implemented and the populations being served, determine requirements, align stakeholders, and personalize the implementation of its GSIHealthCoordinator platform to meet CRISP’s needs—and brought the platform live in only 70 days.
