Real Colors® Launches Newly Designed & Updated Advanced Workshops: Real Solutions, Real Applications & Real Teams
PHOENIX (PRWEB) March 27, 2018 -- Real Colors® creates tools and workshops based on the study of temperament theories. These workshops deliver a meaningful impact to your organization, your team members, and your clients by helping them understand the four different personality types of the people in their lives – both professional and personal. Our Advanced Workshops are a continuation of the original Real Colors program, helping your organization master the use of Real Colors concepts in their daily lives.
Today, we are excited to announce our first major Advanced Workshop update since 2015. Through a new, modernized look, updated activities, as well as brand new concepts, we have updated Real Applications and Real Teams workshops and we are excited to introduce our newest addition: Real Solutions. We’ve carefully preserved the power of these workshops but have dialed up the fun to make them more engaging for your teams.
“Our priority is to bring fun and real change to the organizations who make Real Colors a part of their daily conversation. Our advanced workshops are powerful tools organizations can use, and we are so excited to see what the results of these new workshops will bring to our clients,” said Aaron O’Connell, head of learning and development at National Curriculum and Training Institute, Inc. (NCTI).
Real Solutions, our newest advanced workshop, combines a number of topics that used to be in different workshops, to bring solutions to organizations that need them. This workshop is designed to provide a more in-depth understanding of what each of the colors looks like in action, how they deal with situations that make them feel upset or angry—including resolution—and how they handle change.
Real Applications, in its newly updated form, takes the concepts found in the original workshop (2015 edition), enhances them with new activities and facilitator instructions, and adds brand new content to help your organization apply Real Colors in exciting new ways.
Real Teams now contains all new activities and resource materials designed to help you and your team members gain insights and understanding about your team’s dynamics through Real Colors concepts. Through this updated workshop, participants will be taken through a series of fast-paced, interactive, and fun activities, allowing them to learn the strengths of each of the Real Colors first-hand.
All new Advanced Workshop facilitator guides and workbooks are available for purchase by certified facilitators at our Real Colors online store at http://www.realcolors.org. For a limited time, a 50% OFF discount of the new Real Solutions, Real Applications, and Real Teams Facilitator Guides will be available.
