220 PURE Luxury Apartments Coming to Lake St. Louis

The residential phase of The Meadows mixed-use plan -- which consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, ranging from 800-1300 sf -- is scheduled to break ground in May 2018 and should be completed by Spring 2019. Originally developed in 2008 to meet the growing demand for specialty stores and restaurants in St. Charles County, The Meadows was one of the first lifestyle centers in the county.
