International Association of Women Inducts Geraldine Hayden, a Senior Director at Nerium International, into its VIP Influencer of the Year Circle

Geraldine Hayden is selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

The organization is real with people who share the same core values.

The International Association of Women (IAW) honors Geraldine (Geri) Hayden as a 2018-2019 inductee into its VIP Influencer of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to welcome Geri into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

When Geraldine Hayden first tried Nerium’s Eye Serum, she was so impressed by the product that she immediately signed on as a Brand Partner. “However, what has kept me with this company and what I am most passionate about is my love of the company, and its family foundational mission to help people look, feel and live better,” said Ms. Hayden. “The organization is real with people who share the same core values.”

Now a Senior Director at Nerium International, Ms. Hayden is committed to carrying on the company’s mission of positivity and providing quality skincare and wellness products. She works hard to be a leader and a role model and thrives when helping others succeed. Philanthropy is also a big part of the company’s culture and Ms. Hayden is proud of Nerium’s commitment in this area. “My company initiated the Live Happy program and is the largest contributor to Big Brothers and Big Sisters,” she said.

In addition to her work at Nerium, Ms. Hayden is a full-time instructor at a women’s prison. “For the past 14 years at the prison, I help my clients be the best they can be in every way,” she said. “I have taken my values and skills from my teaching (for nearly 30 years) and incorporate them into my new business.” Optimistic about her future at Nerium International, Ms. Hayden said, “My vision and whys are crystal clear. My current goal in the next five years is to become a National Marketing Director, and within the next seven, to become an International Marketing Director.”
