DALLAS (PRWEB) March 21, 2018 -- AccentCare, Inc. expanded its personal care services client base with the acquisition of Quality Care Services’ Medicaid attendant care segment, serving clients in the Beaumont, Texas, area. With the acquisition, effective February 1, the acquired segment assumed the name of Texas Home Health, AccentCare’s regional brand in the state of Texas.
“We are proud to have the Medicaid segment of Quality Care Services, well regarded in the communities it serves, join the AccentCare family of companies,” said AccentCare CEO Steve Rodgers. “This will help us provide in-home independence to even more seniors who are in need of care.”
Founded in 1996, Quality Care Services aligns with AccentCare’s history of delivering consistently exceptional care. The company has earned an A-plus rating from the Home Care Standards Bureau, which rates home care agencies on a strict set of critical home care standards.
“I am very excited for our Medicaid personal care business to join a well-established and larger brand, Texas Home Health,” said Nancy Carlisle, CEO of Quality Care Services. “Texas Home Health shares our values and has earned a reputation for providing personalized quality care to its clients.”
Quality Care Services will maintain and continue to operate its private pay attendant care segment. Both companies will continue to provide the same level of service, quality, and familiar staff to meet the needs of their respective clients.
