As part of opening the new office, located at 2 University Plaza, Suite 100 in Hackensack, Alliance Homecare management has already implemented its first round of interviewing, assessment and orientation, which includes training and certification confirmation for Alliance’s specialized caregivers. The orientation is a three-hour introduction to Alliance, during which there is an overview of the company’s 11-year history and uniquely selective hiring process (known as The Grandma Rule®), a Q&A assessment session to best determine how home health aides would handle various situations, and a benefits review. Following the orientation, home health aides participate in a final interview with an additional staff member.
