CustomerServ is delighted to announce the engagement of John Donsky as Director of Marketing. John brings 25 years of call center and BPO industry experience, including market development and new business strategies. John previously worked in a similar role at three major BPO firms, including two Gartner-rated vendors. John’s deep industry experience and broad vertical expertise are a perfect complement to CustomerServ’s vertical market strategies and offerings.

Over the past 15 years, John created successful outsourcing programs for a broad range of Fortune 500 companies across verticals including in healthcare, technology, medicare, consumer electronics, automated claims adjudication, claims leakage. John’s knowledge of emerging technologies, including RPA (robotic process automation) and others, will help CustomerServ and its clients envision the right outsourcing roadmap in the years ahead.
