Shelby is a little girl who loves to sing and dance with hopes and dreams of becoming a princess. Every day Shelby goes outside to the front yard of her house in her princess gown wearing a tiara to sing and dance. The people in the neighborhood are so astonished with her singing they begin to grow into a crowd standing in front of her house watching.
One day the prince is riding by in his limousine and hears Shelby sing and invites the whole family to join him at the palace for dinner and requests for Shelby to sing and dance. After that Shelby sings every night at the palace. When she is older, the prince and Shelby fall in love and marry. Shelby then becomes the princess in the palace who loves to sing and dance.
