SIG Names Executives from VSP Global, Thirty-One Gifts, Fannie Mae and Donnelley Financial Solutions to Advisory Board

New SIG Board commences term in conjunction with the Global Executive Summit taking place in Washington, D.C. at the end of March

SIG announces the appointment of four senior executives to the SIG Advisory Board.

SIG, the premier membership organization for sourcing, procurement and outsourcing executives is pleased to announce the appointment of four senior executives to the SIG Advisory Board, including:

  •     Tom Ciardiello, Vice President, Global Strategic Sourcing, Donnelley Financial Solutions
  •     Rajeev Karmacharya, Managing Director, Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, Fannie Mae
  •     Greg Tennyson, CPO, VSP Global
  •     Tolga Tomar, Director of Procurement, Thirty-One Gifts

“We are thrilled to welcome these new board members,” said Dawn Tiura, SIG CEO, President and Advisory Board Chairman. “These individuals have all been huge SIG champions and have already provided insights and experiences that have been immensely helpful. Their input to us as board members will provide even greater value to the strategic direction for SIG.”

SIG members are primarily buy-side Fortune 500 or Global 1000 companies. It is estimated that those members represent nearly $2 trillion in annual revenues and over $1.1 trillion in sourceable spend. “Our member companies represent some of the most globally-recognized brand names in the world. This data shows how important it is for us to harness the collective knowledge of our Board members to ensure that we are always staying up to date on the latest issues affecting their companies,” said Tiura.

This impressive Board will begin their term at the SIG Global Executive Summit in Washington, D.C. later this month, and are rounded out with existing Board members, including:
