The theme of this year’s conference was “The Sky is the Limit” and the agenda included updates on the latest iMIS 20 EMS features. Educational sessions covered dashboards, data protection, engagement scoring, website management, process automation, email marketing, and much more. Attendees learned more about how to improve their operational performance, optimize engagement, and deliver greater value to their members, donors, and other constituents. For the third year, clients were invited to attend the event to increase their skills and expand their iMIS community connections.
