Illumiti client Glencore International wins SAP Switzerland’s Gold Quality Award for Innovation
TORONTO (PRWEB) March 23, 2018 -- Illumiti today announced that its client Glencore International AG is the gold winner of SAP Switzerland’s 2018 Quality Award for Innovation. Each year since 2008, SAP Switzerland has presented quality awards to customers that have achieved excellence in planning and executing implementation projects.
Glencore received the award in recognition for its recent migration of SAP® ERP to SAP S/4HANA® (financials and business intelligence). The producer and marketer of commodities implemented the latest SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in 30 countries and at more than 400 of its operations around the world in just 14 months. As a result, it has achieved cost savings and significant improvements in its business processes. The gold award winners in Switzerland automatically qualify for the regional SAP Quality Award Europe competition. The winners of the European competition will be announced in the first quarter of 2019.
