Expanding management consulting firm led by CEO Natalie May hits 5 year milestone serving in the government contracting space. The woman-owned company after recent 8(a) certification is now positioned to provide even greater value with market solutions that drive results.

While statistically it’s been proven that most small businesses fail within the first 5 years, this clearly isn’t the case for Chaise Management Group (CMG). The woman-owned company founded in 2013 by CEO Natalie May has been nimble in navigating the unpredictable terrains to establish a firm foundation and value-driven service model. “I’m extremely proud to have a thriving business and a phenomenal team to support the mission and vision of Chaise. In February 2017, CMG initiated the process of getting their 8(a) certification, and that designation was granted in August. In January, the company represented with a branded booth at the 2018 National 8A Association Small Business Conference held in Nashville, TN (January 30th – February 1st). This conference touts as the leading provider of diverse networking for small businesses hosting educational sessions and providing resources for small, minority, current and graduated 8A businesses. Some of the sessions included supplier diversity matchmaking with federal agencies, and large business primes and commercial companies. In addition, there were networking opportunities to meet federal agencies, buyers and prospective teaming partners.

CMG is rapidly advancing and acquiring territory with tactical and strategic momentum. Since receiving their 8A certification on last year, the company has since been awarded 2 multi-year contracts through the program. Currently, they’re excited as they gear up for the launch of their newest division serving the facilities & logistics management needs of the federal and local government. According to Chief Strategic Officer, Andre P.
