Easter Brunch
Hosted in the resort’s iconic Grand Marquee Pavilion, this year’s brunch features a variety of gourmet pastas, seafood bar, traditional breakfasts plates, carving stations, sweet treats, salads and simple favorites for children. Guests can anticipate enjoying a bountiful spread of savory and sweet dishes, as well as an Easter Egg Hunt and special visit from the Easter Bunny.

Wright’s Brew and Bistro & Three Embers partner in Cooking and Cocktail Demo Series
Starting Friday, April 6, Wright’s Brew and Bistro will kick-off a new Simply Stirring cocktail demonstration class series. The first demonstration class will teach guests how to create fresh spring cocktails sure to impress every palate. Some cocktails being demoed include:
• Pear Basil Swizzle: a vodka-based drink with fresh lime juice and grapefruit bitters
• Berry Mead Sangria: built with mead, Moscato and brandy
• Rosada: made with basil leaves, berries and vodka
• Rosemary Gimlet: featuring gin and fresh rosemary
• Citrus Flower Sour: made with citron vodka, St. Germain, and edible flowers
The demonstration class starts at 5:30 p.m. and is $25 per person. Bartender Carlos Veigas will lead the demo and show guests how to make each cocktail while they sample his creations and enjoy artisan cheese and crackers prepared by Executive Chef Pierre Daval. Bourbon and Bonfires
Hosted once per month, Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire Resort will light its patio bonfires over Lake Lincolnshire and serve bourbon cocktail flights for $35 per person. This monthly event kicks-off Thursday, April 26 at 7 p.m., featuring bourbon flights and small bites prepared by Three Embers Restaurant Executive Chef Yo Chang. Attendees can kick-back, relax and enjoy the smooth bourbon provided by FEW Spirits, a distillery located locally in Evanston IL. While overlooking the beautiful grounds and taking in the sunset over Lake Lincolnshire. Golf Clinics
This season, golf enthusiasts can mark their calendars for three unique golf clinics taking place at the resort:
• Thursday, May 24: Kicking-off its seasonal clinics, Crane’s Landing welcomes the LPGA’s Jennifer Feldott Hall, as an honorary clinic co-host.
• Thursday, June 21: PGA Golf Professional John Esposito will co-host an interactive golf clinic, in recognition of National Family Golf Month.
• Thursday, July 26: Crane’s Landing welcomes back PGA Golf Professional John Esposito for a second engaging clinic for men and women looking to take their golf skills to the next level.
The clinics take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and are $20 per attendee.
Each clinic will provide golfers of all levels new techniques they can apply to their game. In addition, expert guests - LPGA’s Jennifer Hall and PGA Golf Professional John Esposito - will be on-hand, alongside Crane’s Landing Director of Golf and PGA Apprentice, E.J.
