Under the agreement, Belief Brands Partners will have the exclusive rights to operate and develop This Is It! franchised restaurants in the United States and Canada. Jesus and Butch Inc., which is owned by the Anthony family, will continue ownership of the This Is It! BBQ & Seafood brand across all companies.
