One of the most challenging scenarios is the buyer with two or more kids, especially kids of different genders. This buyer wants to live in Chicago, desires a limited number of areas where there are A-rated schools and needs three bedrooms on the same level, as they need to sleep somewhat close to their young children.
“None of the popular websites allow someone to search this way,” noted Dickens. “To find a home with this feature you must browse through every listing and find what level each bedroom is on. Imagine having to search Zillow for over an hour a day.”
Keep in mind that low inventory means that another buyer could see the needle in the haystack before someone else and have it under contract before they even see it in person. “I made this search to pull these properties so that you can know instantly what’s available. The search also updates every 15 minutes so that you are sure to have the advantage of being first to know,” added Dickens.
Buyers can choose to be updated via email immediately or once a day, three days, five days, or seven days. “As a parent, I know that this is something that can be extremely helpful,” concluded Dickens.
