G2 Integrated Solutions (G2-IS) announced today it has launched a new content delivery platform through their new YouTube channel and LinkedIn group, both named “What’s in the Pipe,” for members of the energy industry. The main focus of both venues is to share best practices, success stories and other topics of interests and to incentivize an open discussion to help improve the safety, reliability and performance of the energy industry.
“Our industry is going through an important transformation, where safety focus is more and more relevant, knowledge transfer is critical and practical applications of industry accepted standards and process is paramount,” said David Corbett, CEO at G2-IS. “Through these new content delivery platforms, we invite customers, industry association leaders, subject matter experts and service providers to join us and share their views and knowledge.”
The innovative YouTube channel consists of very concise, informative videos with recognized industry experts and thought leaders. The short videos bring key actionable insights and practical experiences to all industry members, from junior engineers to senior professionals. The LinkedIn group is a continuation of the discussion initiated in each video on the YouTube channel. Experts are available to enrich the topics and answer any questions on energy industry challenges with focus on the pipeline industry. “We believe our industry is going through the digital knowledge transformation that other leading industries have shown to be the right one for our time. Delivering content through multiple digital platforms in an accurate and simple way is a fundamental capability to enable industries to evolve at the speed of technology and to be in tune with all the generations, especially the ones starting their journey in the work place,” said Mauricio Palomino, VP South Region and Marketing Leader at G2-IS.
