WesternU We Care Dental Gives Back to Seniors and the Local Community
Rancho Mirage, California (PRWEB) March 29, 2018 -- We Care Dental, a comprehensive dental practice that seeks to improve lives through oral and dental health education and treatment, provided free oral cancer screenings during an event on February 23, 2018. Senior patients were given the option to book an appointment for a free oral cancer screening on February 23, or to book a comprehensive initial examination for just $29 any other date.
We Care Dental will continue to serve the local community by collaborating with the Colgate Van during the Grand Opening Event at the new Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 44100 Jefferson Street, Suite F in Indio, CA. The event will take place on Saturday April 21, 2018, and We Care Dental will be there to help provide screenings to patients and children in need from 11:00am to 2:00pm.
The WesternU practice was founded with the mission of providing high-quality care to a diverse patient base so that everyone can achieve optimal oral health. We Care Dental offers high-quality dental care for all, regardless of age, ethnicity, medical or mental disability, race, or treatment need. We Care Dental is known for treating patients with respect and for meticulously diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues.
Founded in 2009 by Marianne and Russell Benson, and originally staffed by volunteers using donated space and supplies, We Care Dental first incorporated WesternU dental faculty and students into its operations in 2011, and by 2016 had partnered with the University to open an expanded clinical facility. Residents, WesternU dental students, and full-time faculty provide overall clinical supervision to patients throughout the Coachella Valley with the assistance of highly trained staff.
