The Mediaplanet Patient Safety campaign, found at a series of health care professional events through 2018 and online, discusses the key actions and innovations leading the way to improved patient outcomes and zero preventable deaths.

We have explored themes ranging from new frontier opportunities in healthcare as well as exploring the simplicities of patient care by urging professionals to take things back to basics and focus on the patients' understanding and needs.

Helping to inspire education and awareness on patient safety, Mediaplanet announces the launch of this March's edition of "The Future of Patient Safety." This campaign will advocate for the 1,000 deaths a day that occur due to preventable hospital error - while shedding light on the leadership taking action and discovering better practice and protocol for our nation's health care facilities.

This campaign is dedicated to educating and inspiring action on today's patient safety culture. Through this publication we have gathered health care professionals and patients alike to gather arms and establish actionable solutions to improve today's healthcare system; that could lead to a time where preventable deaths are zero. We have explored themes ranging from new frontier opportunities in healthcare as well as exploring the simplicities of patient care by urging professionals to take things back to basics and focus on the patients' understanding and needs. Patient-engagement is a foundation to be newly instilled across the sphere to ensure clear communication lines between professional, patient, and familial advocates.

The print component of "Future of Patient Safety" is distributed as an educational publication at a series of health care professional events, with a circulation of approximately 35,000 copies and an estimated readership of 105,000. The digital component is distributed nationally, through a vast social media strategy and across a network of top news sites and partner outlets.
