CVA Commercial Group Deal Honored at the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2017 Awards
PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) March 29, 2018 -- CVA Commercial Group announced today that it was honored at the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2017 Awards for its successful efforts to bring the First Judicial District (FJD) to 714 Market last year. CVA Commercial Group’s involvement with 714 Market began in 2008 when they brokered the purchase of the building and secured the financing for Liberty Resources.
In 2017, CVA Commercial Group finalized the deal to lease a total of 120,000 square feet of space to First Judicial District. This deal was one of the largest commercial leases signed in Philadelphia during that calendar year.
According to a philly.com article about the deal, senior vice president Michael Kane of real estate firm CRBE—who helped arrange the agencies’ move—stated The First Judicial District “now has the opportunity to vacate a building that was functionally obsolete for their purposes and custom-design new space in a location that is accessible to the courts, their clients, and employees.”
