Midwest Eye Care Services Organization Announces New Brand: Blue Sky Vision
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (PRWEB) March 28, 2018 -- Blue Sky Vision, a management services organization providing world-class support to leading providers of eye care services, has launched a new brand identity fulfilling its vision to be the model for unsurpassed patient experience, inspiring and empowering their team through innovation, dedication to excellence, and the creation of opportunity through growth. Changing the name from Great Lakes Management Services Organization to Blue Sky Vision reflects the organization’s commitment to industry leadership, innovation, and quality vision care.
“A blue sky represents optimism and possibility,” said Bill Hughson, Blue Sky Vision’s CEO. “The sky truly is the limit when it comes to the efficiencies and advantages we can bring, working together with our partners to thrive in today’s ever-changing healthcare landscape. “
Created in 2017, through a collaboration between Grand Rapids Ophthalmology and Sterling Partners, Blue Sky Vision has established partnerships with five highly-reputable eye care practices in Michigan, including Michigan Optical, Shoreline Vision, Walker Surgical Center, Lakeshore Eye, and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology. There are plans for additional partnerships in Michigan and the Midwest.
“Since its inception, Blue Sky Vision has been embraced by eye health professionals as the optimal way to continually improve high-quality eye care services while operationalizing the economies of scale,” said Dr. David Barrett, an ophthalmologist with Grand Rapids Ophthalmology.
Blue Sky Vision brings its doctors management resources, including improved technology, expansion of services, revenue cycle management, recruiting, and administrative support so they can focus on what they do best: delivering superior eye care.
“This is a strategy to enhance personalized patient care and to bring our communities broader access to specialized eye care services,” said Dr. John Oltean, an ophthalmologist with Shoreline Vision. “Blue Sky Vision, Sterling, and all of our partners represent the clinical and operational expertise necessary to elevate today’s quality of care and patient outcomes.”
