In one of the largest software transitions within the pawn industry, Bravo Pawn Systems has successfully implemented 115 Albemarle & Bond and Herbert Brown pawn stores on the Bravo point-of-sale platform.
The transition was a massive undertaking but one that Bravo, the fastest growing software platform for pawnbrokers, was well equipped to handle. Ryan Cable, Manager of Client Success, explains, “This is our first enterprise chain in the UK, which meant new country-specific laws and regulations. Our Customer Success team is trained to support the UK and we are excited for new opportunities.”
Once the team had launched the first few Albemarle & Bond and Herbert Brown shops on Bravo, the process of setting each store up, onboarding and then training ran seamlessly. “Sometimes 7-8 stores were going live a day,” says Cable. Mandi Wirtala, Head Trainer of the project adds, “Part of this business solution is seeing how fast employees adapt to learning to use Bravo and navigate it successfully. It’s been a win-win for everyone.”
