Builder/Investor Program at St. Andrews Country Club Wins 1st Place from the Club Managers Association of America’s Idea Fair
BOCA RATON, Fla. (PRWEB) March 29, 2018 -- The membership department at St. Andrews Country Club recently won the 1st Place Blue Ribbon from the Club Manager’s Association of America’s(CMAA) Idea Fair for their outstanding success and creative implementation in their Builder/Investor Program.
The 13 Builders/Investors that are currently in the program generate about $600,000 worth of capital contributions a year, in addition to paying full dues and fees on each home they own. A great added value to the program is that Builder/Investors gain access to the clubhouse amenities and facilities, including Fitness, Spa, Tennis, and Dining and limited Golf access.
The Builder/Investor Program has enhanced the pace of real estate sales in St. Andrews Country Club because they are purchasing homes in need of renovations. Builder/Investors are either updating or completely renovating these homes, making them move in ready for prospective members, while also enhancing the look of the community and attracting a younger membership demographic.
