Carmichael Consulting, an Alpharetta-based Managed IT Services provider and member of the Apple Consultants Network, has hired Kenneth Florence to the position of Customer Service Engineer.

“I am very exciting to be working with Carmichael Consulting,” said Florence. “Their commitment to customer satisfaction and proactive attitude resonated with me immediately.”

Prior to joining Carmichael Consulting, Florence worked as a Regional Support Technician with Tolt Solutions, where he fine-tuned his customer service skills and IT troubleshooting abilities. He also spent five years with Toys ‘R Us, working his way up to the position of Asset Protection Specialist. Florence holds a Bachelor of Science from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems and is a programming member of the Independent Game Developer Association.
