HRsoft Joins Ultimate Software's UltiPro® Developer Network
ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) April 02, 2018 -- HRsoft, the leading compensation management software company, announced today it has joined Ultimate Software's UltiPro® Developer Network. The new partnership gives HRsoft and Ultimate the ability to integrate their solutions to make it easier for mutual clients to exchange data between the UltiPro HCM solution and HRsoft's compensation management software solution, COMPview.
COMPview simplifies the complex aspects of compensation management and planning with a centralized, cloud-based software solution. Employers use the software for determining the proper distribution of budgets for salary adjustments, bonus plans, equity awards and merit increases. Often, this distribution must be done in accordance with various factors, such as individual performance measurements, departmental achievements and organization-wide metrics.
Compensation professionals and line managers use the COMPview software solution to make pay decisions that are aligned with the employer's business strategy. Today, compensation management is recognized as more important than ever, as employers look to ensure that pay decisions are in line with company-designed plans and budgets. In addition, regulatory compliance is an emerging concern, with pay equity a priority for employers.

Ultimate and HRsoft developed a deep integration using the UltiPro Developer Network to support the new partnership. The result is an Application Programming Interface (API) that allows data to automatically move between the UltiPro and HRsoft solutions. This is now available to UltiPro users.
The UltiPro Developer Network allows partners to build an out-of-the-box integration to Ultimate's UltiPro platform and provides them with information, resources and documentation to meet Ultimate's standards and best practices. The UDN program is designed to give customers access to seamless, real-time integrations built in the cloud between UltiPro and an ecosystem of best-in-class partners. To participate in Ultimate's UDN, partners are required to build an integration adhering to Ultimate's standards for compliance, architecture, development, privacy and security.
