Keller Williams Park City Realtor Bessie Lee Ostertag Helps People in Need Via Charity Donations
PARK CITY, Utah (PRWEB) March 29, 2018 -- In an effort to inspire giving and making the community a better place, Realtor Bessie Lee Ostertag, of Luxury Mountain Home Realty, has pledged to donate 5 percent of her commissions after each transaction to the client’s charity of choice, whether they buy or list their home with her.
“I feel pretty blessed and fortunate to live in Park City and serve these charities in this capacity. Everyone can contribute to their community in their own way -- even simple acts of kindness can make a positive difference in someone’s life. For me, donating a portion of my commission is just a small token of my thanks to those who help make this community Heaven on Earth,” said Ostertag.
Thus far Ostertag and her clients have donated to Peace House, whose mission is to provide victims of domestic violence the most comprehensive and compassionate services possible; Habitat for Humanity, which builds strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter; and the National Ability Center, which empowers individuals of all abilities by building self-esteem, confidence and lifetime skills through sport, recreation and educational programs.
“I wanted to find a way to give back to the community. The National Ability Center is especially dear to my heart. I have two children who have matured and progressed emotionally and physically through NAC’s programs,” noted Ostertag, who also volunteers at the National Ability Center. “NAC provides adaptive recreation to people with differing abilities, and helps them unlock their true potential. Because of their commitment to helping others, I felt a strong desire to give back to such an amazing organization.”
In order to ensure the betterment of the community, Ostertag is also a member of the Realtor Political Action Committee, the Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams and KW Cares Foundation.
