ProSpect’s rebranding activities included a new logo, website, fleet graphics and sales support tools. The action was driven by owner Gregory Davis in collaboration with Portsmouth, NH-based Harbour Light Strategic Marketing.
“I couldn’t be happier with our fresh new look,” stated Greg Davis, ASHI Certified Inspector and founder of ProSpect. “Now the look and feel of the ProSpect brand reflects the high level of service our team provides.” Davis says the initiative was driven by the change in how they perform inspection services. “From day one, we carefully and methodically reinvented how a home inspection company operates. It provides a better product for our clients, and in doing so has led to our consistent year-over-year growth. Looking ahead, our plan is to expand our services to property owners, businesses, and realtors outside of ME and NH.
The choice of a marketing firm was simple, says Davis. “From the moment I stepped into the Harbour Light offices everything just clicked. I couldn’t see the solution because I was too close to the business, but they could.”
