Since founding the company in 2014, Blake has served as Chief Product Officer where he successfully led the team that developed an advanced patient communication platform for medical billing companies. This platform makes it much easier for billing companies and, by extension, physician practices to connect with patients in order to explain and collect the patient liable portion of medical bills. Patient liability for medical bills has been growing dramatically over the last decade and collecting these monies is problematic due to numerous factors which Inbox Health uniquely addresses.
