With a focus on process efficiency and customer satisfaction, she will improve Channel Partners’ and their clients’ total experience across quoting, onboarding and through service delivery. Jennifer’s expertise further elevates CloudCover as the only turnkey software platform designed for The Channel to sell, manage and aggregate the top third-party maintenance (TPM) vendors while creating visibility to all customer’s contracts whether OEM or TPM.

Jennifer arrives at CloudCover with 9 years of sales operations and sales enablement experience from the largest Third Party Maintenance company. Jennifer was the Sales Enablement Manager at Curvature where she led a 16-person client support team. She was consistently recognized with the President's Club Award based on her performance.
