Winnebago County Sheriff to Integrate InTime Scheduling with Munis Payroll Software
VANCOUVER, Canada (PRWEB) April 04, 2018 -- In 2015, the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office released an RFP to acquire a new scheduling and timekeeping software. Winnebago County was struggling with employee burnout, manual paper scheduling, and inefficient overtime practices. InTime bid on the RFP and successfully won the business. Now that Winnebago County has been enjoying the benefits of automated scheduling for some time now, they are starting the implementation of a customized integration with their payroll software (Munis) using Web Services.
Integrating InTime with their payroll software will enable Winnebago County to push employee timesheet data directly to payroll without any errors. This effectively mitigates all manual entry and reduces administrative workload. “Setting up an integration through Web Services is one of the most effective means of reducing time spent on payroll,” says Mitch Seminow, Account Executive at InTime. He continues “I believe that Winnebago County will see the benefits of an integrated payroll system almost immediately
Winnebago County has experienced many wins with InTime over the 2 years it has been implemented including:
- 100% reduction in time bank errors
- 90% reduction in overtime management
- 60% reduction in administrative workload
InTime has provided Winnebago County with the tools they need to make quick scheduling decisions, especially when it comes to burnout. “Now if someone comes to me complaining about burnout, I can run a report and see how long that officer has been in that high-stress pod. I can make an informed decision and get them out,” said Lieutenant Robert Lukowski. InTime has helped Winnebago automate their rotations, while accounting for coverage levels and compliance. With the new payroll integration, Winnebago and InTime hope to automate the payroll systems to reduce errors. This customized tool will remove the manual process of manually entering timesheet data collected from InTime into Winnebago’s payroll system. Although Winnebago is integrating with Munis Payroll, Web Service based integrations allow InTime to integrate with any software.
