Deeper integration of Nexxt’s Campaign Builder and TextRecruit will transform the way companies reach qualified candidates via text messaging

“Text messaging has transformed the way our clients recruit – it’s made the process more simple and effective" said Mona Tawakali, Partner at KRT Marketing

Nexxt, a recruitment media company, and TextRecruit, a candidate engagement platform, today announced the next phase of their strategic partnership. The leading companies will seamlessly integrate their recruiting technology solutions, TextRecruit and Nexxt’s Campaign Builder, to make it easier than ever before for companies to run mobile-first campaigns to acquire new candidates. The leading recruitment platform, Nexxt has the largest opt-in network of professionals willing to receive text messages from employers, and access to their diverse network is available to TextRecruit clients through Campaign Builder.

“The integration of Nexxt’s Campaign Builder and TextRecruit is a game changer for the industry that solidifies the move to mobile-first recruiting,” said Rich Milgram, CEO of Nexxt. “Our advanced recruiting platform couples seamlessly with TextRecruit, allowing employers to reach qualified candidates more efficiently and effectively than ever before. TextRecruit has been a valuable partner to Nexxt for many years and this next phase of integration will allow us to really showcase the power of our two technologies.”

With 65% of job seekers using their smartphone at least once a day for job search purposes, according to a Nexxt survey, a mobile recruiting strategy is critical for employers looking to reach qualified candidates, especially younger generations. The survey found that 68% of millennials are willing to receive job opportunities via text. The Nexxt, TextRecruit partnership allows companies to develop seamless recruiting campaigns through mobile channels to reach candidates in the way they already prefer to communicate. Text campaigns offer a more direct, personalized communication, which is appealing to candidates.

“Mobile-first is the future of recruiting and our deeper integration with Nexxt will make it even easier for our clients to deploy highly-effective campaigns,” said Erik Kostelnik, co-founder and CEO of TextRecruit. “Our platform and service offerings are designed to help companies hire faster, and with the ability to quickly tap Nexxt’s Talent Network, we anticipate greater efficiencies in time-to-hire.”

With higher open and response rates, text messaging campaigns have proven to outperform more traditional methods like email, and most importantly, have shown to decrease time-to-hire. For employers in industries faced with a high-level of recruiting competition, text campaigns are the edge needed to attract and secure top talent over competitors. In fact, a leading healthcare client and their recruitment advertising agency, KRT Marketing, saw a 41.5% average response rate for their texting campaigns targeting nurses in challenging locations, such as rural areas. Moreover, a single texting campaign to just 332 candidates resulted in five hires.

“Text messaging has transformed the way our clients recruit – it’s made the process more simple and effective. We can establish relationships with candidates where they like to engage, allowing us to close the gap from application to hire quicker while also strengthening the funnel," said Mona Tawakali, Partner at KRT Marketing. "We use Nexxt’s Campaign Builder every single day. The on-demand access to pull texting campaign counts and pricing allows us to be extremely responsive to our clients."

Nexxt’s Campaign Builder allows companies to search the full Nexxt database of almost 60 million members to quickly execute custom, targeted omni-channel recruitment marketing campaigns. The advertising technology uses APIs to extend campaigns to additional audiences and also allows HRIS systems to integrate, search and run campaigns.
