CICB Offers Safety Seminars to Managers and Supervisors in the Crane & Rigging Industry
HOUSTON and ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) April 04, 2018 -- To raise awareness and the understanding of the value of safety in the crane and rigging industry, Crane Inspection & Certification Bureau (CICB), will hold free seminars for Managers and Supervisors in both Houston, TX and Orlando, FL on May 4th and August 17th. These seminars will be in recognition of Worker’s Memorial Day, OSHA National Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction and Safe & Sound Week.
The three-hour, manager and supervisor seminars will encompass the roles and responsibilities of the site supervisor, owner, operator, rigger and lift director along with the safe operation and inspection of cranes and the associated rigging gear. The afternoon session will concentrate on overhead crane/hoist safe operations, inspections as well as the associated rigging gear. The seminars will include a BBQ Networking Lunch.
