Peter Hjort Promoted to President of Southeastern Mills, Inc.
ROME, Ga. (PRWEB) April 05, 2018 -- This promotion was effective February 12, 2018, and recognizes Hjort’s senior leadership with the company and outstanding performance. Linda Owens, outgoing President, Southeastern Mills, Inc. will remain as Chair, Southeastern Mills, Inc.

Hjort began his 35-year career in the food business in 1981 with Flowers Foods, where he earned increasing roles of responsibility in accounting and finance. Hjort joined Southeastern Mills in 1998 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2016, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Hjort graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in accounting.
