The latest version is fully integrated with Duo Security’s Duo Push technology and makes Two-Factor Authentication even easier and more secure with out-of-band communication. After entering your username and password with PortalGuard, a notification is sent to your smartphone via the Duo App, where you can verify an authorization request with a simple tapping of “approve”. PortalGuard remains flexible with other OTP methods including Google Authenticator, Email, Pattern Based authentication, and many others.
