Time is Negatively Influenced After a Keeper of Time Unintentionally Alters it in New Novel
TONASKET, Wash. (PRWEB) April 09, 2018 -- Boundaries between the past and present disappear in Leda Osborne’s new novel, “The Timekeeper’s Tapestry” (published by Archway Publishing) after a keeper of time unintentionally alters it.
“I believe the very idea of time travel appeals to almost all readers,” Osborne states. “Haven’t we all at one time or another wished to go backward in time to make changes to our own lives, or forward to see what the future truly holds for us?”
Narrated by a character who calls himself the Timekeeper, he shares his experiment in which he brings Blaine Duncan, present-day owner of the historic Burkeshire Manor back more than 300 years to meet the original owner, Penelope Burke. In spite of his best intentions, the results turn tragic and the race is on to set things right before all is changed forever.
“Perhaps this story can open our eyes to the fact that all life, past, present and future plays a vital role in the family of man,” Osborne says. “Each of us makes an indelible mark in time meaning that the world truly wouldn’t be the same without us.”
