D-Tech International Announces New Hire for Service Manager Position
RIO GRANDE, N.J. (PRWEB) April 11, 2018 -- D-Tech International is pleased to announce and welcome Sean Novosad as the US Service Manager. With D-Tech’s US business growth and expanded customer base, it became increasing important to have a dedicated service manager to oversee service operations. Sean will support the D-Tech direct sales customer base, as well as its distributor network throughout North America. This will ensure that any customer using the D-Tech product line has access to dedicated support personnel and will expedite and enhance their customer support experience.
Sean grew up and attended school in Canada, having graduated from Algonquin College, and has been based in the US since 2000. Sean has worked within the public library and university markets for more than 20 years, primarily in the print cost recovery sector as a service manager. Over the course of his career, he has supported software and hardware-based solutions that are used by both the public and staff in institutions all across North America. He has had many years of experience diagnosing issues for a wide array of products including network-based software solutions, vending devices, and point- of-sale deployments. He has also assisted sales teams in product presentations and at various trade shows and conferences.
Additionally, Sean will maintain and resolve support related issues utilizing D-Tech’s Freshdesk™ support ticketing software, including keeping customers up to date on the status of their support tickets. He will provide training to customers and distributors on D-Tech’s product line and offer support when needed, including onsite installation and/or support. Sean will be in charge of testing new product updates and features and documenting those features into user manuals as required.
“We are very excited to have Sean join the D-Tech team as our new US service manager. This is a very crucial position as our US business continues to grow and service requirements increase.
