New reporting features in The Dealer Center provide internal inventory analysis, as well as supply and demand data in local and nationwide commercial vehicle markets.

Commercial Truck Trader is excited to announce the launch of its new dealer facing platform, the Dealer Center, with a collection of reporting tools available for all dealers selling inventory with Commercial Truck Trader. This new platform and its included features were developed to help dealers gain a better understanding of their inventory performance, provide local market analysis, and contribute to better strategy development and increased sales.

Reporting within the Dealer Center includes Dealer Performance, Exposure and Activity, and Market Insights. The Dealer Performance tool provides general internal analysis of inventory performance, including impressions, pageviews, and connections. This feature also provides a dynamic connections summary, as well as an informational snapshot of inventory pricing and photo-upload percentages.

The Exposure and Activity tool allows dealers to conduct more in-depth internal analysis of inventory performance metrics by displaying the top-viewed units by impressions and pageviews. Within this tool, dealers can also compare performance data from listings that include essential details to listings without such information. Additionally, dealers may view individual unit metrics and can access listing edit options.

The Market Insights tool provides a unique snapshot of supply and demand needs for commercial vehicle inventory in local and nationwide markets at distinct stages of the buying cycle: interest, connection, and activity. Top performing vehicles in local and national markets - over a rolling 30-day period - are clearly ranked, highlighting the most popular model years and indicating how many of those models are currently for sale on Commercial Truck Trader. Additional filters are available for more complex competitive market analyses, saving dealers the valuable time it would take to manually conduct such research.
