Based on specific configurable interfaces, AMC guidelines and criteria can be easily viewed in current authorization environments inserting attachment points of the guidelines to specific authorizations in order to meet compliance and research requirements by health plans. “This helps ensure consistency in work flow process while adhering to policies and procedures of the managed care organization,” states Mr. Artham.
