Zagoria Law Files Suit on Behalf of Gwinnett Resident After Attack by Two Pit Bulls
ATLANTA (PRWEB) April 12, 2018 -- Zagoria Law, an Atlanta-based law firm specializing in personal injury cases, has filed a complaint for damages on behalf of Zhongkai Mao following an alleged dog attack in Gwinnett County. The suit, Zhongkai Mao v. Rosa Garcia, was filed under civil action file number 18C02521-5 in the State Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Per court documents, Zhongkai Mao was walking on the sidewalk in his neighborhood, near the intersection of Five Forks Trickum Road and Emerald Forest Circle, when he was attacked by two unrestrained dogs. As a result, Mao incurred severe wounds on his left arm and leg and needed immediate surgery.
The complaint also alleges that the defendant Rosa Garcia failed to keep the dogs under restraint and from leaving her property. This allegedly led to the vicious attack on Mao, which resulted in serious injuries and medical expenses.
“Mr. Mao is suffering severely and, according to doctors, will possibly need years of rehabilitation,” explains attorney Brooks Neely. “At Zagoria Law, our priority in every dog bite case is to ensure that dog owners are held responsible for the actions of their pets when those actions cause injury to others.”
