CALIPER Promotes Jacque Casoni to Regional Vice President, Mid-Atlantic

Regional Vice President heads up Mid-Atlantic region to strategically position Caliper for further growth.

I’m looking forward to working with my new team as Regional Vice President and continuing our strong presence and growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Caliper announced today that Jacque Casoni has been promoted to Regional Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region, covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Her extensive experience with business development at Caliper and her deep industry knowledge of assessment solutions and organizational effectiveness makes Jacque fully equipped to lead Caliper’s account team in the Mid-Atlantic area.

In her role as Regional Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region, Jacque will oversee an account team and work with them to strategically grow and enhance Caliper’s brand in the marketplace as well as further position Caliper as an assessment company and solutions provider of choice to clients.

Prior to her promotion to Regional Vice President, Jacque was Caliper’s Director of Account Management where she worked with enterprise clients such as Avis Budget Group, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, Johnson & Johnson, and Tesa Tape, to name a few. Her main focus is – and continues to be – ensuring that clients solve their business challenges and receive value from their relationship with Caliper. In that role, she oversaw projects related to job analyses, validation studies, 360 and coaching initiatives, learning and development programs, the selection of top performers, team development, and leadership development.

Jacque joins three other internal promotions to Regional Vice President across the country, with Caliper looking to up-staff the Central, Southwest, Pacific, and Mountain regions as well.
