PsyInnovations, the developer of the digital behavioral health platform, wayForward, has announced that it will now offer Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS) by Chestnut Global Partners, a Morneau Shepell company. The WOS is an easy-to-administer tool that examines five key aspects of workplace functioning: absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement, workplace distress, and life satisfaction.

This partnership will allow PsyInnovations to make the WOS available to all Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and employers on their app and web based platform. “We value scientific rigor, which is evident in wayForward’s wide range of validated assessments and evidence-based programs for behavioral health.
