Raleigh, North Carolina's Contemporary Art Museum Hosts the Party of the Year on May 4, 2018 from 8pm On
RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) April 19, 2018 -- CAM Raleigh announces Arthouse on May 4, 2018 from 8pm on. All are invited to participate (nominal cost applies).
CAM Raleigh celebrates its seventh year providing transformational experiences and programs in Raleigh’s Warehouse District with Arthouse 2018 on Friday, May 4. As CAM’s signature fundraiser, Arthouse will welcome more than 400 guests for an unforgettable evening supporting the museum. Meet your friends or meet new friends, as this is a great way to socialize with Raleigh's arts patrons. All proceeds will benefit the museum’s exhibitions and programs for all ages.
Arthouse will be held at CAM Raleigh on May 4 from 8-11 PM with a Preview Party for members of the event’s Host Committee from 7-8 PM. The event celebrates the museum’s four current exhibitions: Margaret Bowland: Painting the Roses Red, Anne Lindberg: the long sun, Zandra Rhodes: Textile, Print, and Form: A Lifetime of Magical Experimentation, and Ann Thaden: The Closet Interview.
A new, signature element of Arthouse in 2018 will be Surprise Boxes. CAM has curated one-of-a-kind boxes featuring local art, design, and experiences at a range of prices starting at $250. Guests will be able to purchase Surprise Boxes on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 8:30 PM. CAM will reveal clues about the Surprise Boxes through Instagram and Facebook in the weeks leading up to May 4, but the exact contents will remain a surprise until the box is purchased.
Arthouse will feature delicious delicacies and libations from Crawford and Son.
