Author K.K. Hodge’s Newly Released “Stinking Thinking” is a Little Tale That Asks the Question, “Why God Decided to Make Stinky Little Skunks”
MEADVILLE, Pa. (PRWEB) April 24, 2018 -- “Stinking Thinking”: a fun story about skunks that teaches young readers that God loves them despite their flaws and mistakes. “Stinking Thinking” is the creation of published author, K.K. Hodge. Hodge is a family nurse practitioner who loves animals and loves the Lord. She and her husband, Jeff, have a small farm in rural Mississippi with a menagerie of animals ranging from normal farm animals, such as cows, chickens, and pigs, to the more exotic types, such as lemurs, kangaroos, coatimundis, Patagonian cavy, deer, raccoons, and skunks. She enjoys telling stories about the animals and has recently begun writing the stories down in order to share her animal tales, and Christ, with others.
“To others, we’re stinky, And we mess up every day. But God, through His grace, designed the true way. He created us. He designed us. He knows us by name. We are stinky and smelly, but He loves us just the same.” --K.K. Hodge
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, K.K. Hodge’s new book is a story about the love and wisdom of God.
Anyone who have ever smelled a skunk has probably wondered why such an offensive creature would exist. They might ask, “what was God thinking.” Everyone knows God has infinite wisdom and he never makes mistakes, but the reasoning for His creation of the skunk is mind-boggling. In “Stinking Thinking,” K.K. Hodge explains why God made skunks.
