Single buyers must have an annual income that does not exceed $51,864. Couples must have an annual income that does not exceed $59,273. Competitive financing rates are available for qualified buyers. Eligible down payments can be as low as five percent without PMI insurance. Real estate taxes are less than $4,000 per year. The monthly HOA fee is only $111.
