CVN and AMFS Announce Strategic Partnership, Bringing Courtroom Insight to Their Clients & Subscribers
ATLANTA (PRWEB) May 02, 2018 -- Courtroom View Network (CVN), the industry leader in delivering live and on-demand video and editorial coverage of high-stakes civil litigation, and American Medical Forensics Specialists (AMFS), the nation's premier expert witness and medical-legal consultants, announced today a strategic partnership to bring AMFS clients and CVN subscribers exclusive analyses of medical expert witnesses appearing in top civil litigation from around the country.
CVN and AMFS will combine video footage of medical expert witnesses from CVN’s gavel-to-gavel coverage of civil trials with AMFS’s analysis and commentary from its team of board-certified physicians -- the same physicians available for medical case reviews and analysis.
The clips and commentary will give AMFS clients and CVN subscribers the opportunity to see how medical expert witnesses actually perform in the courtroom, rather than simply relying on written trial testimony. Clients and subscribers will gain a unique and valuable view of the role of medical expert witnesses in civil litigation across a variety of jurisdictions and practice areas.
“AMFS and CVN are a perfect pairing for this partnership,” says Dan Sandman, President of AMFS. “CVN’s access to live trial feeds and curated medical expert witness testimony from some of the nation’s most-watched trials allows AMFS clients to go beyond the resume and see medical expert witnesses at work. This is an important factor in deciding who to retain for high-stakes litigation. We look forward to working closely with our CVN partners and being the first in the nation to offer this type of service”.
Under terms of the agreement, the partnership will produce dozens of expert witness video clips with commentary from board-certified physicians over the course of the first year. AMFS will be CVN’s exclusive medical expert witness partner, and the first firm to sign on to CVN’s Essentials Contributor Program.
“We are excited to partner with AMFS,” says Bryan Danilovich, CVN’s Publisher and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “With our new Contributor Program for CVN Essentials, we are looking for partners who are recognized as tops in their field to provide meaningful commentary and analysis of our video coverage. AMFS fits the bill perfectly, and we look forward to bringing their expertise to our subscribers."
This is the first collaboration between the two companies. The expert witness video clips and written commentary will be available on the AMFS website (amfs.com) and with extended video for CVN Essentials subscribers at cvn.com.
